Dear Family and Friends,
I just wanted to let you know that I will be heading home soon, but not sooner than expected. I am partially extending my Peace Corps Service for a wonderful opportunity to work with the Government of Botswana Ministry of Health.
I will be working with the Government of Botswana Ministry of Health as a System Analyst/Developer. My personal goal in this position is to demonstrate to the Government of Botswana that in-house application developers are needed. They are especially needed in the area of health. In-house applications geared toward Health Systems in Botswana will help Botswana address their unique needs and opportunities. This opportunity additionally will provide me with further professional experience working internationally in software development.
Lastly, I hope to shine a positive light on Peace Corps, as we are truly assets.
